All Mainland UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail and are guaranteed to be delivered the following day on orders placed before 4pm Monday–Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Please see Terms and Conditions for further details.
All Non Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and European orders will be sent using a Royal Mail Tracked Service.
All orders can be tracked using the tracking number you will receive in an e-mail once the order you have placed has been despatched.
We deliver to the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. We also deliver to the Republic of Ireland and Europe, America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
For deliveries to other countries please contact us via the contact us form on the web site, stating the country you require goods to be delivered to and also the product(s) that you would be interested in.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund or exchange, you are required to return the item or items to us within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. Before doing so please e-mail customer services to obtain a returns number. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags and original packaging. All garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks.
